Watch out
The 9-11-2011 Memorial Santa Barbara
May God Bless
I built my first sandcastle in a season of deep depression in my early twenties. it was therapy and it really got me out of myself. Today I want it to be all about Jesus through loving and serving others. I really enjoy teaching people how to make them, so they can in turn share them with others.

Sandcastles evoke our childhood imagination, They remind us of being a child and doing things for the fun of it. Sandcastles are absolutely captivating to me; the medium is so clean and temporary, not an object but part of the beach. There like footprints in the sand. What I do with my Sand sculptures is cultivate the imagination through art. My sculptures created from the influences of Greco-Roman art. I am not seeking perfectly smooth finished surfaces, but the sculpture as whole. When the sunset hour of glory comes, then it will be reveled as it is. The torches are lit, the orange glow beneath the dark blue sky. The sculpture becomes the icon of romance and renaissance. If you happen upon one of my sculptures after the setting sun you will never forget the experience.
